With these individual counselling sessions we take a holistic approach to uncover limiting beliefs and habits that are no longer serving you and teach you the skills to regulate your emotions, increase confidence and uncover your strengths. You will learn self awareness and positive coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety and depression, as well as increase your confidence and self esteem, uncover strengths and patterns/habits that aren’t serving you, increase communication skills, regulate your emotions, and so much more!

What Our Sessions Look Like
I use a strength-based, solution-focused approach with techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Mental and Emotional Release so you can become more resilient to life’s challenges.
